A guarantor is an individual that signs a lease agreement along with the renter promising to uphold the lease agreement in the event the renter defaults on their financial obligations. The guarantor will need to be in good financial standing and pass all necessary screenings.

If you do not meet the qualifying criteria when applying individually, then you will need a guarantor or to pay the entire lease term up front.

We include the building liability fee in your lease agreement. This covers the building in case you are responsible for damage to your unit or the community. It does not cover your personal property. We strongly recommend you seek out a personal renters insurance policy.

No, our apartments are not pet-friendly.

Yes, we offer free parking!

Our housing contracts are installment based, the total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you’ve chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments are due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.

Yes, all of our units come fully furnished with a *Twin XL bed, Armoire, Desk, Nightstand, 4-Drawer Dresser

Yes. Our community provides off-campus housing tailored for college students.

The monthly rental installments include free parking, a furniture package, high-speed internet, cable, electricity, water, trash, and sewer service.
